It was a wonderful day. A day full of enthusiasm to just do it even if I am less capable. This is how I always look at life, anything is possible. I don’t know how to swim, and I have that panic mode on when water is already at my neck level. But no one else can make me do something I thought I could not, it is only Me.

Five Languages of Love
The first day of the Ber months, it is not a love month; just want
to post something about love. A friend showed me an article about the five of
languages of love. Shame, I’m 28 and I didn't have any idea about these
languages. Let me give it a space…
Words of Affirmation
The power of saying nice words that could build your mate’s self
image and confidence never fails to brighten a partner whose love language is receiving
words of affirmation.
Quality Time
Some spouses believe that being together, doing things together
and focusing in on one another is the best way to show love. If this is your
partner's love language, turn off the TV now and then and give one another some
undivided attention.
Gifts
It is universal in human cultures to give gifts. They don't have
to be expensive to send a powerful message of love. Spouses who forget a
birthday or anniversary or who never give gifts to someone who truly enjoys
gift giving will find themselves with a spouse who feels neglected and unloved.
Acts of Service
Discovering how you can best do something for your spouse will
require time and creativity. These acts of service like vacuuming, hanging a
bird feeder, planting a garden, etc., need to be done with joy in order to be
perceived as a gift of love.
Physical Touch
Sometimes just stroking your spouse's back, holding hands or a
peck on the cheek will fulfill this need.
All five are my love languages but the strongest language is Quality Time. Nothing beats someone who never fail to find time to be with me. Whether it just plain talking or spending time on an activity. It is priceless. Thus, never use the "busy" on me because I will not use it on you unless I am mad. :D

Back to old ways...
Part of living a healthy way is forgetting about this meat. Still, my first challenge of getting back to pescetarian diet is seeing my family eat lechon manok with a cold bottle of soda, and me at the side eating my oatmeal...
People who are not gifted with great metabolism really need an extra effort to stay healthy. And especially for those who are working on graveyard shift like me...it should be eat healthy, sleep more and exercise…
I am looking forward for a one year survival marking this first day of September 2013.

Alone Time
People often wonder why I am always by myself, no, not always but most of the time. They look at me as if I have no time for fun or anything. And as if I always work hard.
Little did they know, I am not the hardest worker in town, I just do my best so that I won’t regret of not giving my best shot in the end. I make fun, and I do not need to look for it in a company of so many. It is much more of appreciating little things around. I have genuine set of friends and whenever we get along surely it is a nonstop laughs.
I have simple but quality moments every time. Hassle free and a close encounter with what I wanted to do.
Don’t worry, I can get along with anybody, it’s just that my alone time is one of the happiest time of my life. And I prefer it most of the time.

One Step At a Time
Someday…
I can be at two places at one time;
I can be a CEO of my dream project, laughs!;
I can be with someone who will take care of me and whom I will love in the best way I could;
I can just smile and forget about the tears;
I can have the best things in life apart from what I have right now;
I can make an impact;
I can be as grateful as I can be;
I can make YOU proud of me;
.
.
.
...
Taking one step at a time...
