Your Task, My Task, Our TASK

Your Task
To build a better world, said God.
I answered: HOW?
The world is such a large, vast place
So complicated now
And I, so small and useless AM.
There's nothing I can do.
But God in His great wisdom said:
Just Build a BETTER YOU.

Jambay Beach Resort Mati Davao Oriental

We stayed in Jambay Beach Resort for our two days tour in Mati. We rented the 2,000 pesos room good for ten people with all the amenities. Its beach is really good for diving when the tide is high. If you are looking for a peaceful serenity, white sand and crystal clear beach this is definitely the best choice. Being very far from the city you can hardly feel its busy life. Fronting small islands, you will definitely experience an extraordinary morning with small boats occasionally passing and an awesome fresh breeze.

Mati City Davao Oriental's Sleeping Dino

The island in the far right looks like a sleeping dinosaur from afar. It is located near Badas Davao Oriental and it can be seen from the road going to Mati's City Proper.

Traveling almost 4 hours from Davao City to Mati City is literally a pain to my ass but passing to beautiful beaches and seeing these islands from the road was like drinking a painkiller. I never had a dull moment passing this side of Davao Region's archipelago.

Choices

Slow down and enjoy life. It's not the scenery you miss by going too fast - You also miss the sense of where you are going and why. ~ Eddie Cantor

The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it but that it is too low and we reach it. ~ MichelAngelo

You never climb higher than the ladder you select. ~ Italian Proverb

We settle for so little at times. We live our fears and hence we don't take risks, try new adventures, think outside the box, or learn new things about ourselves. All we need is present in the moment. In this moment is vision, health, creativity, awareness, risk and humor. So many graces wrapped in the NOW. ~ Anne Vryan Smolline

I have read my sister's collection of books. One of it is the book written by Anne Bryan Smollin, entitled "Live, Laugh and be Blessed." The topic on choices simply left me saying to myself, I should be fully ALIVE! :)
